Chosen 300 Meal Program, Volunteer Schedule and Services

When the economy is impacted, companies pull back from charity giving. These are the challenges that organizations like Chosen 300 face on a daily basis. Therefore, we are working overtime to bring in the resources needed to help individuals get a better start in life. Keep in mind, We Can’t Do This Alone. We need your help to make a difference in our communities.

READING INDOOR MEAL PROGRAM

OTHER MONTHLY ACTIVITIES

Center City Bible Enrichment Class
Every Tuesday from 12 noon until 1:30 PM at 1116 Spring Garden St. . This class is for those seeking a journey into pleasing God. This class teaches individuals who seek inspirational nourishment about hope in God while seeking a better way of living.  Volunteers Welcome to Arrive at 11:30 to Assist With Meal Prep & Serving After 

Computer Lab
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4PM  noon until 5:00 PM

Volunteers Needed To Assist Clients With Computer Use 

Expungement Clinic
Every 3rd Monday at West Philadelphia location (3959 Lancaster Ave.) 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM   Free Legal consult offered to those seeking expungement services by local law firm. - By Apointment Only 

Computer Training
A 5-week computer course is provided for homeless men and women who are interested in moving forward with information technology. These courses will provide individuals with the basic computer concepts needed to enhance their resume as well as place prepare men and woman in transition to stay on top in the competitive market.

G.E.D. Prep Courses
These one-on-one classes are offered to those who are looking to get back on track by seeking the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for their G.E.D.

Shoes for Success
This program offers a reward to men and women who sought to find, gain and successfully land a career. Once this takes place, we asked that a pay stub or letter is provided to establish proof of employment. As a result, brand new work shoes or boots will be awarded to the recipient.
